Shipping Times

Once your order is placed, please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. There is a flat rate of £15 for shipping; however, orders over £30 get free worldwide shipping. Our standard shipping times are as follows:

• UK Deliveries: Expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days.

• International Deliveries: Orders should arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your specific location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

Pre-orders

For those unfamiliar with pre-orders, the item is not currently in stock. For pre-order items, please note that shipping may take longer than usual, typically 3–5 weeks. If you have any questions or need updates, feel free to reach out to us—we are always happy to assist and will respond to emails promptly.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand our refund policy. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL!) But if you received an incorrect item, for example, incorrect colour or size, please contact us at cronus@cronusgoc.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any other reason. We also do not cover any custom/import fees, this has to be covered by the customer.
